As the Chief Operating Officer for ConnectWise, Santo Cannone oversees the company’s day-to-day operational activities including continued execution of its business plan and the expansion of educational and consulting programs.

Prior to joining ConnectWise, Cannone was senior vice president, real-time banking systems, for Fidelity Information Services (FIS), a provider of information technology services to the financial industry. In this role, Cannone established strong market momentum for two of the company’s flagship products offerings by improving sales processes and emphasizing customer service. Linda Brotherton is Chief Technology Officer with responsibility for the development of ConnectWise PSA. She brings more than 25 years of technical expertise to this key organizational position, which also oversees the creation of practical design methods critical to product enhancements.

In 1998, Linda joined as the Director of Operations, the company tasked her with building on the blueprint of what today has become the leading business automation software designed exclusively for the technology industry. As vice president of sales for ConnectWise, Maritza L. Reyes leads the company’s sales organization, whose customer base doubled to 700 in 2006. In this role, she is responsible for driving the company’s fast-growing professional services automation (PSA) business within the IT reseller ‘channel.’ She brings nearly 15 years of experience in sales management – most of which was honed in the technology industry – to the position.

Prior to joining the company, Reyes was regional sales manager, East Division, for Tech Data Corporation, a leading IT products distributor, where she directed, coached and developed sales teams to achieve record results. Read More
