ConnectWise Learning Center Opening June 2008!

We are gearing up for the latest release to come out of ConnectWise: the addition of our brand new on-site learning center! The Learning Center grand opening is Thursday June 12, 2008, here at the ConnectWise headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Click here to view our Learning Center Calendar and to register. The learning center was designed to provide hands-on, interactive workshops to ConnectWise partners of all skill levels.  Kay VanDerLeest, the Program Manager of Education & Consulting Services for ConnectWise, has developed our initial offering consisting of several courses that will provide owners, sales and service managers and ConnectWise Administrators with in-depth knowledge of the software as well as best practices on how to better utilize their program for improved business efficiency. These in-house courses will be two days long and are offered at a cost of $995 per attendee. Class size is limited to 24 participants.

Workshops include the Best Practices Workshop which offers participants new to ConnectWise a comprehensive review of the software as well as best practice guidelines to increase their knowledge and skills within ConnectWise.  Each participant will create a unique customer, which they will then follow through the entire client cycle from sales to invoicing. In the Advanced Partner Workshop, attendees will be given an opportunity to learn advanced capabilities and strategies within ConnectWise in order to increase operational efficiency and service effectiveness. Our advanced partners will be able to start implementing their new strategies immediately.  When asked what the overall mission of the learning center is, Kay replied “The learning center is different than the other educational initiatives we’ve offered in the past such as our demos, videos and webinars where you are a passive participant in the learning process.  We are now offering a way to get hands-on and really drill into the software by bringing our partners here to learn more effective techniques within ConnectWise.  We want them to engage in the processes that are being taught and go through each step as a dynamic contributor of the course.”

We look forward to having you join us for some serious learning! Stay tuned for more course offerings to be announced soon.
