Becoming a ConnectWise Partner is just the beginning. Our resources, information and education are focused on making you win! After all, we came from the same roots as you, experienced the same problems, went through the same growing pains and were driven to automation for many of the same reasons that may now frustrate you.
Because of that, we know our job isn’t done when the implementation is completed. Our job is to help IT companies really learn how to leverage all factors that lead to success, from dead-on software, to business process training, to culling best practices from partners to share with the rest of us, as well as creating situations where we can learn from each other. To that end, we provide our Partners with the following sources of help and assistance, accessible to Partners through ConnectWise University.
OnlineTraining A central part of the implementation process is the Online Course module provided to you and your employees. These courses encompass general to specific workflow-based instruction that will help you get started and up to speed quickly. The purpose of these Online Courses is to provide just what you need to learn when you need to learn it.
Since new automation and new processes are best learned in a “layered” fashion, we also provide you with advanced training for the software, as well as general business knowledge and process management modules. This is a key difference with ConnectWise: we not only want you to be proficient in the software, we want you to prosper beyond what you thought was possible! So we go above-and-beyond to bring you the very best automation and general business practices for IT Solutions companies.
Live Interactive Web-based Training Prior to, at and after implementation, we schedule one-on-one implementation consulting sessions with the members of your team. These meetings are in addition to the Online Courses. The purpose is to make sure you have no unanswered questions after completing the Online Courses. Partner Continuing Education Webinar Series Once you have completed your implementation, it is not the end of what we offer! We hope you are like many of our Partners in that you become so motivated by success – and with much more available time – that you choose to engage in our Continuing Educations programs. Documentation ConnectWise PSA includes a web-based, searchable database of detailed documentation. With a user interface similar to Microsoft Office Help, you can easily read chapters about the software, search for specific information or select from a comprehensive index.
Technical Support Each partner receives a set amount of technical support hours each year as part of the ConnectWise Assurance program, and additional hours can be purchased if desired. Technical support is accessible via trouble-ticket submission or, in the case of an emergency, via phone.
Consulting ConnectWise Consulting Services provides an additional set of offerings in the form of on-site and remote Consulting. IT Solutions companies are motivated to use these services either to achieve peak performance in a discipline they are already good at or because the management approach is new to them and they want to get off to a strong start. In both cases, these businesses are looking to thrive instead of just survive, and ConnectWise can help!
Forums & Teleconferences You may have noticed by now: ConnectWise believes that there is power in our collective of Partners. Partners are the ones out there in the trenches everyday, seeing the problems and the opportunities. Why not share among ourselves? To that end, ConnectWise offers a Partner Forum through ConnectWise University, available to all Partners. It is a rich and active source of current information on everything from new market opportunities to best practices for specific issues encountered.
Annual Partner Summit Open only to partners, this is an exciting extravaganza. Quite frankly, we are not sure if we have more fun or if Partners have more fun. The purpose is threefold:
- in person training, from basic to advanced, on our software products
- industry-specific business training by the foremost experts in our space
- collective sharing of best practices.
- However, with our awards ceremony and other surprises, some attendees have said that a major purpose is also to have a heck of a great time with one another! Learn more about previous or upcoming Partner Summits.
